Aswell as a great career with great benefits, the company offers: Excellent training and development opportunities Career progression within a growing business A stable and supportive working environment The Role: As an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art, high-speed production machinery within a modern FMCG manufacturing facility. Duties include: Carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Working on high-speed, automated production equipment Supporting installation and project-based engineering work Assisting in the development and implementation of PPM schedules Fault finding and maintenance on electrical systems including: Siemens and Mitsubishi drives Motors and inverters Working with PLC-controlled systems (fault finding experience beneficial) This is a hands-on, front-line maintenance role requiring the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving production environment. Shift Rotation: Week 1: MondayTuesday 6pm6am, WednesdaySunday off Week 2: MondayTuesday 6am6pm, WednesdayThursday 6pm6am, FridaySunday off Week 3: MondayTuesday off, WednesdayThursday 6am6pm, FridaySunday 6pm6am Week 4: MondayThursday off, FridaySunday 6am6pm About you: you should have: A strong electrical maintenance background A completed electrical apprenticeship with relevant qualifications Proven fault-finding experience on drives, motors, and inverters Experience within FMCG, industrial manufacturing, or a similar environment The ability to work rotating shifts Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Benefits Salary: £49,886 + £800 KPI-based bonus Annual pay review via Union negotiation 42 hours per week (MondaySunday rotating shift pattern) 22 days holiday 30-minute paid break per shift Overtime available at applicable rates If you are interested, please call Josh Hoyle on 07712695480 or apply online
