An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Watford, Hertfordshire has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Watford, Hertfordshire. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this site working.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Package & working hours
A basic salary of up to £50,000 Monday to Friday -08:00 am - 17:00 pm Plenty of overtime 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays 1 in 3 call out Private healthcare Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunities
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Compliance and logbooks Chillers and pressurisation units Undertake all allocated...
