Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Static Site Role

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a prestigious static site in Moorgate, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer looking for a stable, Monday–Friday position with opportunities for overtime and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

* Working on:

* AHUs (Air Handling Units)

* FCUs (Fan Coil Units)

* Emergency lighting systems

* Circuit boards

* Smoke alarms

* Ballasts and motors

* Conducting:

* Fire alarm testing

* Sprinkler system testing

* Performing electrical fault finding and repairs

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

* Qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)

* Experience within building services / commercial maintenance

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Knowledge of compliance and testing procedures

* Ability to work independently on a static site

Package & Benefits:

* Salary: £45,000 per annum
