Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: London, Blackfriars (SE1) Salary: £40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
We are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an on-site engineering team supporting a commercial property in Blackfriars, Central London. The role focuses on delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across electrical building services systems.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance within a commercial building. • Maintain and repair lighting systems, emergency lighting, and power distribution. • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime. • Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards. • Accurately complete maintenance reports and job documentation.
About You as the Electrical Maintenance Engineer • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a building services environment. • Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent). • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred. • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently on-site.
