Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Brighton, East Sussex - £44,000 + Van & Fuel Card


Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based across a retail contract in Brighton. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and living in the area.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £44,000 + Package, Van & Fuel Card.


Hours of Work & Package Info

Basic Salary of up to £44,000

Van + Fuel Card provided

1 in 4 Call Out Rota Standby Allowance of £105 per week

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Enrolment in company pension scheme

Personal use of Vehicle


Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting

Small installation

Fault-finding

Lamping

LED Lighting

Emergency Light Tests

Control Panels

Changing Ballast

Monitor BMS System

Maintain and update Log books


Requirements

Electrically qualified - NVQ Level 2&3

AM2

City & Guilds - 18th Edition

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
