Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Knightsbridge Location: Knightsbridge, London Hours: Monday to Friday – Split Days (7:00am–4:00pm / 9:00am–6:00pm) Salary: £46,000 + Plenty of Overtime Available

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a professional on-site maintenance team at a prestigious property in Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with strong earning potential through overtime.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical building services. Maintaining systems such as lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and control panels. Fault finding, testing, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. Supporting the wider engineering team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the building. Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site procedures. Accurately completing maintenance logs, test records, and documentation.Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential). Previous experience working in building services maintenance (commercial or high-end residential preferred). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of electrical systems, distribution boards, and building controls.
