Job Description Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Chancery Lane - Corporate Office - £46,000 - No Callout

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Chancery Lane. CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building, located less than a 5-minute walk from Chancery Lane Station.  The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands -on experience of the below.  In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\n Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

Emergency lighting tests

\n

Control Panels

\n

Changing Ballast

\n

BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

Maintain and update Log books

\n

Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

Pumps, motors

\n

Hours of work

\n Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

\n

08:00am to 17:00pm

\n

No Callout

\n

Requirements

\n Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)

\n

17th/18th Edition (Required)

\n

Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

Multi-skilled

\n

Good communication skills

\n

\n Up to £46,000 per annum

Lots of Overtime available

25 days holiday + BH
