Exciting opportunity to join a client-direct organisation based at a vibrant commercial campus in South Kensington. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a highly professional on-site maintenance team, working within a modern, state-of-the-art environment.
The successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working as part of the on-site team, you will be responsible for delivering electrical, mechanical, and general building services maintenance across the campus.

Hours of Work:
\n Day Shift Pattern: 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off \n
07:00 am – 19:00 pm (Weekdays) \n
08:00 am – 16:00 pm (Weekends) \n
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance \n
Electrical maintenance, including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, and power distribution \n
Emergency lighting testing and maintenance \n
Maintain and service AHUs and FCUs (filter changes and cleaning) \n
Carry out water temperature checks (no chemical dosing) \n
Monitor BMS systems and report any irregularities \n
Maintain accurate logbooks and compliance records \n
Coordinate and supervise specialist subcontractors \n
Attend client meetings when required \n
Ensure all work is completed professionally and within required timeframes \n
Support the wider maintenance team across all building services \n
Package:
\n Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum \n

Requirements:
\n City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (essential) \n
18th Edition (required if electrically qualified) \n
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n
Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability \n
Strong communication and teamwork skills \n
Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates \n
