The basics:
Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Industry: Manufacturing - Heavy Engineering/Production environment
Location: Lancaster
Pay: £23.02 per hour / £50,000 per annum + OT available = earnings of £53,000 and upwards achievable
Overtime: x1.5 Mon-Fri and x2 on Sundays
Holidays: 29 days holiday including bank holidays

Overview:
With manufacturing facilities located across the globe you will be working in an automated production environment that will involve projects, installations along with planned and re-active maintenance.
Key responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:
To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
PPM'sThe ideal candidate / Electrical Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
Time served apprenticeship
Strong Maintenance background working in a medium to heavy engineering environment beneficial - maintaining automated machinery/electrically biased fault finding.
Educated in a relevant engineering discipline - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc
Experience working with variable speed drives, motors, sensors, relays, pumps etc.Commutable from:
Lancaster, Carnforth, Morecambe and surrounding areas.
