Job Description Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Building – High Wycombe – Up to £40,000
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in High Wycombe.
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a commercial site in High Wycombe, working within a team of 5 engineers.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance, working as part of a maintenance team across the site.

Monday – Friday

8:00am – 5:00pm

\n
Key Duties & Responsibilities
\n
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
\n
Emergency lighting tests and fire alarm checks
\n
Fault finding on electrical systems
\n
Working on control panels
\n
Changing ballasts and light fittings
\n
Monitoring BMS systems (hot & cold)
\n
Maintain and update logbooks
\n
Basic support with HVAC systems where required
\n
Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
\n
Requirements
\n
Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3 minimum)
\n
Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
\n
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
\n
Good communication skills
\n
Comfortable in a client-facing role
\n
