Electrical Maintenance Engineer\nNW1 2, Euston Road, London\n£46,000 – £48,000 per annum + Overtime + On-Call\n\nWe are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a high-profile commercial site in NW1.\n\nThis is a site-based role within an established facilities team, delivering a strong focus on planned maintenance (PPMs).\n\nWorking alongside the Lead Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining building services and ensuring high standards across the site.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs – 90%)\n\n * Attend reactive maintenance and electrical faults\n\n * Support minor mechanical and building services tasks\n\n * Assist with L8 / water hygiene compliance\n\n * Work closely with the Lead Engineer and site team\n\n * Participate in on-call rota\n\nWorking Hours:\n\n * Monday to Friday, 40 hours\n\n * 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00\n\n * Overtime available\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Level 3 Electrical Qualification\n\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)\n\n * L8 Awareness\n\n * Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial buildings\n\n * Multi-skilled knowledge (basic mechanical)\n\n * Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * £46,000 – £48,000 salary\n\n * Overtime opportunities\n\n * Stable, single-site role\n\n * Supportive engineering team\n\n * Tier 1 FM Benefits Package\n\n * Career Path Opportunities\n\nApply now with Kieran – interviews are currently taking place
