Mobilisation Engineer - FM Service Provider - Central London - Up to £50,000
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Central London has arisen! Alice Rose is currently recruiting for a Mobilisation Engineer to be based in the London office, whilst also attending sites that are being mobilised. The successful candidate will report to the Mobilisation Director and work within the Mobilisation team.
This role will be responsible for managing and carrying out asset verification, dilapidation reports, lifecycle reports, and statutory compliance reviews as part of the mobilisation process.
As the Mobilisation Engineer, you will work closely with the Mobilisation Director, Account Management, and Operations teams to ensure mobilisation deadlines are met and risk is minimised throughout the process. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in Excel, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist with the mobilisation of contracts
* Carry out asset verification surveys and asset data collection
* Allocate SFG20 codes to asset registers
* Establish parent/child asset hierarchies
* Carry out dilapidation and condition reports as part of the mobilisation process
* Review assets in line with CIBSE Guide M
* Support lifecycle reporting (desirable)
* Conduct site walkarounds
* Facilitate rollout and review of statutory compliance logbooks
* Carry out compliance auditing as required
* Assist with the rollout of CAFM systems to site teams, including training
* Support the production of reports required by the Mobilisation Director
* Create Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Review and produce mobilisation-specific technical reports and documentation in line with contract specifications
* Support the smooth delivery of all current mobilisations

Requirements
* Electrically or mechanically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (required)
* 18th Edition (required)
* Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
* Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled
* Strong communication skills
* Client-facing experience
