Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Birmingham £40,000 - £42,000 + Overtime\n\nAre you a highly experienced and qualified Static Electrical Engineer looking for a challenging role in Birmingham with a competitive salary? We are seeking skilled, time-served engineers to join our team on an annualised hours basis, offering stability with excellent earning potential through abundant overtime.\n\nCompensation & Working Arrangement\n\nAnnual Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 (Paid in equal monthly installments, regardless of monthly hours worked).\n\nContract: Permanent, Annualised Hours basis (Guaranteed total hours for the year, providing predictable income).\n\nOvertime: Loads of overtime is available to significantly boost your overall earnings.\n\nFlexibility Required: You must be flexible with varying start and finish times to meet operational demands.\n\nEssential Requirements and Qualifications\n\nWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate significant experience and hold the following mandatory qualifications:\n\nTime-Served Experience: Proven, extensive experience as a qualified electrical engineer, demonstrating high levels of competence and independence.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nLevel 3 Qualification: A recognised Level 3 electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365/2330 Level 3).\n\n18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations: Must hold the current 18th Edition qualification.\n\nDesirable Experience\n\nHVAP Certification (Ideal): Holding an High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP) certification is highly advantageous.\n\nYour Role\n\nAs a Static Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, testing, and fault-finding on various electrical systems and critical infrastructure within commercial or industrial settings in the Birmingham area.
