The Electrical Lead is responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of EFABs electrical programme. This includes the continuous review and refinement of processes, procedures, and standards to ensure they remain robust, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify opportunities for improvement, implement innovative solutions, and foster a culture of operational excellence within the Electrical Team. By driving continuous improvement, the Electrical Lead strengthens EFABs technical capabilities and supports the delivery of high-quality, compliant electrical services across all projects. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Electrical Engineering Construction Team. Provide daily leadership, supervision, and mentoring to electricians and apprentices. Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development. Promote teamwork, accountability, and proactive communication. Planning & Execution Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocations for electrical activities.
