Salary: £45,000 per annum + overtime Location: UK wide - Offices based in Dudley Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week + paid overtime

Saturday: Time and a half Sunday: Double time Bank Holidays: Double timeThe Opportunity Our client, a growing and well-established automation and electrical installation specialist, is seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor to join their delivery team.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical installation works on automation projects across the UK. You will play a central part in planning, site coordination, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Role As Electrical Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising electrical installation activities on live project sites Maintaining and updating the Electrical Installation Handbook Planning and organising site activities ahead of project kick-off Creating job installation packs and supporting project planning Ordering, controlling, and coordinating materials and equipment Leading site inductions and project kick-off briefings Mentoring engineers and setting standards for quality and safety Leading daily site huddles and weekly progress meetings Managing change requests and resolving technical or delivery issues Contributing to RAID registers and project reporting Producing weekly progress reports for senior management Supporting project close-out and handover activities Promoting continuous improvement across processes, systems, and working practicesCandidate Requirements Our client is looking for a hands-on supervisor with strong technical and leadership capability.
