The role As an Electrical Fitter, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We have have a number of exciting opportunities to support the Submarine programmes here at Babcock. This could see you working on warships, submarines or within our Estates, Factories and Cranes Depts supporting these projects. Day to day, you’ll work on a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment from distribution, command, and control systems. Such as Weapons, Navigation, and communications. Working to engineering drawings and technical specifications, you’ll also overhaul existing and install new equipment, you could also be carrying out system and equipment functional tests and surveys. This is a full time role, 36 hours per week, based onsite at Devonport Royal Dockyard. Relocation Assistance can be supported, please speak to the recruitment team.
