Qualified and Experienced Electrical Facilities Technician required to work for Global Manufacturer based at their state of the art plant in Plymouth. The successful candidate will ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems. You will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems within the site. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate relevant knowledge of, HV and LV electrical services, control panels, AHU's, pumps and motors which will include the ability to fault find with the help of the BMS and the utilisation of current alarm data. Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
