Electrical Estimator Armagh Salary: £40,000£50,000 DOE - Permanent - Full-Time Hours: MondayFriday, 40 hours (8am6pm) Role Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, transport and equipment Source and manage supplier/contractor quotes and maintain cost databases Review drawings/specifications and complete material take-offs Prepare and submit competitive tenders (small works to £5m+) Monitor project costs and liaise with clients, builders and contractors Assist with bids and attend design/progress meetings Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a similar estimating role Strong pricing/estimating skills and ability to manage varied projects Competent with MS Office, AutoCAD and estimating software Excellent communication, organisation and commercial awareness Full driving licence Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) Company pension Free on-site parking Company vehicle & fuel card for site visits Performance bonus + new business incentive Apply now by submitting your CV.
