We re seeking a sharp, detail-driven professional who can hit the ground running.

• Ongoing contract with long-term potential

• Immediate start

• £250 to £400 per day, depending on experience (Likely outside IR35)

• Part-time & some remote working, may be considered.

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical cost estimates for building services projects

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing

• Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings where required

• Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure alignment

• Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market rates and trends

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services or M&E sector

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
