Electrical Engineer — Nuclear Manufacturing & Facilities

Role Overview
We’re supporting a nuclear engineering organisation that is looking to bring in an Electrical Engineer to support electrical systems across manufacturing and facility environments.
This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys practical, hands-on work, values working within well-established safety and quality frameworks, and wants to contribute to long-term programmes in the nuclear sector.
What You’ll Be Involved In
Supporting the design and delivery of electrical power and control systems
Preparing and reviewing electrical drawings, calculations, and technical documents
Working on electrical systems used within manufacturing facilities and equipment
Collaborating closely with mechanical, civil, and manufacturing colleagues
Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities
Taking part in design reviews and technical discussions
Working in line with nuclear safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Professional experience in electrical engineering roles
Background in industrial, power, nuclear, defence, or other regulated environments
Familiarity with electrical standards, codes, and safe working practices
Someone comfortable taking responsibility for defined technical tasks and documentation
