Overview

Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of Mechanical and Electrical (M+E) services across multiple buildings on the estate. As a vital member of the Maintenance Team, you will handle Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance tasks. Additionally, you may engage in the technical coordination of M+E project works. You will be responsible for delivering tasks, meeting contract requirements, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities Engineering Support: Provide engineering support across sites within the region and assist FM support teams. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations and participate in the engineering call-out roster. Task Execution: Complete self-delivery tasks, PPMs, and reactive work orders within specified timeframes. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Safe Systems of Work and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with health & safety inductions. System Coordination: Coordinate system shutdowns when required and manage stock levels of consumables and critical spare parts for electrical systems. Maintenance Management: Ensure the efficient, economical, and safe maintenance of plant and equipment. Manage designated site documentation to meet legal and statutory obligations.
