Job Description
Electrical Engineer\n\nSalary: £47,000 per annum\nLocation: Liverpool Street, London\nHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nThe Role:\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art skyscraper based in Liverpool Street. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, high-profile commercial environment with long-term stability and strong benefits.\n\nYou will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems\n\n * \n\n Maintenance of lighting systems and power distribution\n\n * \n\n Testing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems\n\n * \n\n Working with fire alarm systems\n\n * \n\n Maintenance of switchgear and UPS systems\n\n * \n\n Fault finding on Simtronic lighting controls\n\n * \n\n Working with 3-phase motors\n\n * \n\n Diagnosing and repairing circuit boards\n\n * \n\n Ensuring all works are completed to a high safety and compliance standard\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in a commercial environment\n\n * \n\n Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of modern building electrical systems\n\n * \n\n Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n £47,000 annual salary\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Company pension scheme\n\n * \n\n Performance-related bonuses\n\n * \n\n Life insurance\n\n * \n\n Overtime opportunities\n\n * \n\n Monday to Friday schedule – no shift work\n\n * \n\n Working in a brand-new landmark building with excellent facilities\n\nApply Now:\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking for a stable role in a prestigious London location with excellent benefits and work-life balance
