Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer\nLocation: City of London\nSalary: £45,000+ per annum + Overtime\n\nJob Type: Full-Time | Permanent\nWorking Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm\n\nOverview:\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established engineering team on a prestigious commercial site in the City of London.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer looking for a Monday–Friday role with no shifts, offering a strong salary, excellent benefits, and genuine opportunities for training and career progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.\n\n * \n\n Diagnose and repair electrical faults across building services equipment.\n\n * \n\n Maintain and service electrical plant including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site compliance standards.\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.\n\n * \n\n Support general building services maintenance when required.\n\n * \n\n Work collaboratively with other engineers and site teams to ensure smooth site operations.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Recognised Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).\n\n * \n\n Experience working within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.\n\n * \n\n Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.\n\n * \n\n Good understanding of building services systems and electrical infrastructure.\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\n * \n\n Salary from £45,000+ per annum\n\n * \n\n Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)\n\n * \n\n Overtime available\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Company pension scheme\n\n * \n\n Private medical healthcare\n\n * \n\n Training and development opportunities\n\n * \n\n Clear progression within a growing organisation\n\nApply:\n\nIf you are an Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking a stable Monday–Friday role in the City of London with excellent benefits and long-term career progression, we would like to hear from you.\n\nApply today to be considered for this opportunity
