A design-led consultancy delivering high-specification pharmaceutical, biotech and regulated manufacturing facilities is seeking an Electrical Design Lead / Associate Director.

This is a senior leadership role with a defined progression route to Director, aligned with the companys expansion across life sciences projects.

The Role

Lead electrical design on GMP & pharmaceutical projects
Oversee LV distribution & standby power systems
Design power infrastructure for laboratories & process equipment
Lead and mentor electrical design teams
Act as senior client interface
Contribute to business development & strategic growth
Sign off technical deliverables xbpsjku

What Theyre Looking For

Strong consultancy background (essential)
10+ years electrical building services design
Pharmaceutical / life sciences experience
Experience in regulated / GMP environments
Chartered or working toward IET
Leadership ambition aligned to Director progression
