What Youll Do

As a key EICA specialist, youll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.

You will:

• Deliverinnovative EICA design solutionsfrom conceptual development to detailed design

• Createhighquality engineering outputs, including:

• Single-line diagrams

• Cable block diagrams

• Control system architecture

• MCC datasheets

• Load schedules

• Control Philosophies

• Act as atechnical authority, offering specialist insight across projects

• Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients

• Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and providetechnical support on-site

• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development

• Managebudgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards

What Were Looking For

A committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.

You will have:

• A degree inElectrical Engineering(or related discipline)

• Experience in thewater, wastewater, or related sectors

• Expertise in:

• Electrical power systems

• Water treatment control systems

• Integrated system design

• Knowledge ofCDM, procurement processes, and document control

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• A selfmotivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, highquality engineering

Desirable:

• Professional registration (IEng / CEng MIET)

• Proven mentoring or leadership experience

• A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
