Job Description
Electrical Design Engineer\n\nUp to £50k\n\nBirmingham Jewellery Quarter\n\nThis boutique consultancy is situated in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. Since its inception, the firm has grown organically and maintains a small, efficient team environment. The business primarily specialises in residential project design, in addition to the occasional commercial project.\n\nTechnical Requirements\n\n * Expertise: A mid-level Electrical Design Engineer capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision.\n\n * Primary Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this position.\n\n * Design Tools: Experience using Trimble electrical design software is considered highly beneficial.\n\n * Additional Skills: While the firm does not currently utilise Revit, any previous experience with the software is viewed as an advantage.\n\nProject Portfolio\n\n * Sector Focus: The workload is primarily centred on residential project design.\n\n * Commercial Exposure: You will also be involved in the occasional commercial project.\n\n * Excluded Sectors: The firm does not operate within the healthcare or public building sectors.\n\nLocation and Environment\n\n * Office Base: The role is located in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.\n\n * Team Structure: You will be part of a small, professional team within a consultancy that has been established through steady, organic growth
