Electrical Day Shift Engineer - 4 on 4 off days only - Commercial Office, Tenanted Floors – Moorgate, London – £48,000 per annum \n\nMy client is looking for an electrically bias day shift engineer, to be based in a commercial office in Moorgate, London looking after tenanted floors. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, as well as further training and career progression.\n\n Hours of work\n\n 4 on 4 off days only shift 7:00 - 19:00\n\n Package\n\nPackage of £48,000\nUniform and Tools Provided\nCycle to work scheme\n20 Shifts holiday\nPrivate healthcare\nOvertime Available\nA lot of progression is available\nAnnual pay reviewKey Duties & Responsibilities\n\nCarry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance \nLighting – lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting\nEmergency light testing\nPower distribution\nElectrical fault-finding\nSmall works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits\nTransformers\nStar Delta Starters\nMinor installations\nEscort specialist subcontractors\nEnsure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.\nUndertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.\nBe proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.\nBe proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.\nMaintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.\nReport service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.\nRemain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.Requirements\n\nElectrically qualified level 2&3 (C&G, NVQ etc)\n18th Edition \nExperience working in a large commercial building\nYou must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)\nA proven track record in commercial building maintenance\nMulti-skilled\nGood communication skills\nExcellent customer skills \nBe flexible with working hours moving from days to shiftsIf you are interested, please get in touch with Charlie Long of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out
