Site Supervisor (Electrical Controls & Instrumentation)

Alecto Recruitment is partnering with market leading Energy from waste company and together we are seeking an experienced EC&I supervisor for their ongoing project in Essex.

Role and Responsibilities

Oversee all EIC activities on site, covering electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between contractors, site leadership, and engineering teams. Support installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure key programme milestones are achieved. Drive safe, efficient delivery in line with project schedules and quality expectations. Provide hands‑on leadership to ensure work is completed correctly the first time. Champion and enforce HSEQ standards, ensuring all activities follow approved RAMS. Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly. Manage defects, punch lists, and completion tasks through to final close‑out. Assist with testing, commissioning, and fault‑finding across all EIC systems. Identify, raise, and manage site changes, deviations, and interface challenges with the wider project team.
