Electrical Contracts Manager About Us: KPA Electrical Ltd are a high-quality provider of electrical installation services, specialising in commercial electrical works. While our primary focus is on commercial installations, we cover a broad spectrum of electrical services, ranging from initial design stages through to commissioning and labour-only contracts. Our portfolio includes office fitouts (to Cat A & B), hospitals, schools, colleges, industrial warehouses, and high-end residential projects. Our office is based in Rochester, however 95% of our projects are located within London. The role will involve a mix of office and on-site responsibilities. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee a range of projects, valued between £50k and £1m. As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of project design, documentation and delivery, alongside site supervision; ensuring that all aspects are carried out to the highest standard.
