As the Electrical Compliance Surveyor you will be: Covering the big 6 of compliance specifically around EICR's. Overseeing the contractors to ensure their work is up the high standards. Effectively manage and monitor budgets that relate to the delivery of compliance Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved Qualifications the Electrical Compliance Surveyor will need: Previous experience of delivering electrical safety programmes and contracts in a social housing setting Experience working with the big 6 of compliance Experience checking contractors work and booking in remedial work HNC/HND in Building Studies or a degree in surveying 18th Edition AM2 NVQ Level 3 What you will receive as the Electrical xehkeey Compliance Surveyor: £47,500 Hybrid working Flexible working hours 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Group funded health cash plan We are keen to see CVs from Compliance Surveyor, Electrical Surveyor, Building Surveyor and Senior Compliance Officer.
