We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering training provider that delivers high-quality apprenticeships and engineering training to hundreds of employers across manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint anElectrical / Multi Skilled Engineering Assessor to support apprentices across the region.

This role is ideal for engineers looking to step away from shift work or site-based roles and move into a position where they can pass on their industry knowledge while helping to develop the next generation of engineers.

The Role

As a Field Team Assessor, you will visit apprentices within their workplace to assess their progress against apprenticeship standards and support their technical development.

You will work closely with learners and employers across the Humber region, helping apprentices build the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful careers in engineering.

The successful candidate will need to travel between training centres and company sites across the Humber region, therefore public transport is not a practical option.
