Overview We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Assembly Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within our client's assembly, production and repairs functions. Working within a dynamic, owner-managed manufacturing environment, this role is pivotal in ensuring efficient production planning, quality standards, and timely delivery of finished goods.

The successful candidate will play a key role in co-ordinating production activities, managing stock and materials, overseeing and developing repair operations, and maintaining accurate system records, while promoting a safe and high-performing working environment.

Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Coordination

* Plan and organise daily and weekly assembly schedules to meet customer demand and production targets

* Coordinate workflow across assembly, repairs, and parts supply to ensure operational efficiency

* Liaise with internal departments to align production plans with business requirements

Repairs & Aftercare Support

* Oversee and coordinate repair work, ensuring timely turnaround and quality completion

* Diagnose and prioritise repair requirements in line with business needs

* Maintain records of repairs and ensure accurate tracking of returned goods

Stock Control & Materials Management

* Manage stock levels of parts and components to support both production and repair functions
