Electrical Assembler (Progression to Team Leader) £30,000 - £32,000 + Progression to Team Leader + Autonomy + Training + Annual leave on birthdays + Monthly Shopping Vouchers (£600 per year) + Christmas BonusCommutable from Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Newark, and surrounding areas

The Role:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours Electrical assembly of a wide range of products Leading a small team (1 other person to begin with) Taking ownership of department, implementing processes, growing team

The Person:

Technical / electrical assembly background Looking to progress into a team leader position Good communication / customer service skills ideally
