Job Description
Primary goals and objectives
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Controller to deliver our online execution strategy across our top 4 retailers.
- Drive profitable growth for JDE and our Top 4 retailers to increase our online share ahead of in-store.
- Plan, develop, and deliver an online Joint Business Plan with our Top 4 retailers.
- Collaborate with Top 4 retailers to optimize their product listings and online presence.
- Be a thought leader in our online value creation story and the delivery of our online grocery roadmap.
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers as the online strategy and execution expert.
- Own our online execution plans, ensuring alignment and complementarity with in-store plans.
- Measure our online media activity to ensure a strong ROI.
- Work with Digital Marketing and agencies (e.g., Havas) to execute sponsored search campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
- Own CASA KPIs across Top 4 Accounts to ensure effective online execution.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Competencies
- 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG account management, including online account management.
- Experience in developing new relationships and partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build networks and communicate clearly to engage others.
- Experience in delivering a Joint Business Plan (JBP).
- Knowledge of retailer systems such as DH.
- Willingness to travel and be mobile.
- Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal right to live and work in the UK.

To capitalize on this, we have created a new role—Online Senior National Account Manager—to execute our online strategy across our grocery channels. You will work with our Top 4 retailers and our account teams to implement a fully omnichannel approach.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Controller, you will be part of the Ecommerce Team within the wider Sales function, collaborating closely with Top 4 customer teams to align online and in-store strategies.
