Educational Recruitment Consultant – Future Branch Manager Opportunity

The Role
As an Educational Recruitment Consultant, you will play a central role in developing and managing relationships with schools and candidates across Greater Manchester. Your role will include:
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with school leaders, candidates, and partners
* Managing both new and existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
* Running the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, vetting, placing, and supporting education staff
* Completing compliance checks (DBS, references, vetting) to the highest safeguarding standards
* Handling candidate and client interactions professionally and confidently
* Visiting schools to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored solutions
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring fast, efficient compliance processes
* Contributing to the growth of the Manchester division with the opportunity to progress into a leadership role
Who We’re Looking For

Essential Experience:
* Experience working in a school (TA, teacher, cover supervisor, or similar)
* Experience in compliance, administration, or safeguarding
* Strong communication, organisation, and people skills
* Ability to manage clients, candidates, and a busy workload
* A proactive, energetic, and positive approach
* Genuine passion for supporting education
Highly Desirable (Strong Preference):
* Previous experience in recruitment (any sector, but education preferred) OR
* Strong existing relationships/contacts with local schools
