Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans for education and public engagement initiatives.
• Oversee the design and delivery of programmes aimed at community outreach and educational development.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives with organisational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and education strategies.
• Lead a team to ensure seamless execution of public engagement projects.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Maintain compliance with organisational policies and public sector regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on departmental performance and project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in public sector management or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing educational or engagement programmes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A degree in a relevant field, such as public administration or education.
