About the Role Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a large and well-established national children's charity to recruit a passionate and skilled Education Mental Health Practitioner. The role will support the mission to improve access to mental health services for young people, with a focus on delivering evidence-based early intervention support for mild to moderate emotional and mental health issues within educational settings.
Key Responsibilities Deliver structured 1:1 and group-based interventions in schools. Support children and young people in self-managing their mental health. Conduct informal assessments and develop goal-based outcomes. Maintain accurate case records and manage a personal caseload. Identify safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately. Collaborate with multi-agency partners and attend relevant meetings. Contribute to the development of resources and service innovation.
