Role: Education Funding Team Manager Location: Northampton Rate: £270 per day (umbrella/ltd) Contract: 3 months on going Working: Hybrid, Full-time Job Purpose: Lead the Education Funding Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of education payments across Children and Young People’s Services (CYP). Oversee funding systems, manage risks, and support service managers with financial matters. Drive continuous improvement in funding processes and compliance with corporate financial standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all education-related payments are processed accurately and on time. Lead business continuity and risk management for CYP funding, escalating issues as needed. Oversee the allocation of High Needs funding in line with agreed processes. Collaborate with Schools Finance and support accurate DSG funding submissions and distributions.
