The Role

As an ECT Primary Teacher (KS1/KS2), you will:

* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Establish clear expectations, consistent routines, and positive behaviour management
* Create a purposeful, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment
* Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
* Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) achieved by September 2026
* An ECT with a strong interest in Key Stage 1 or 2
* Secure subject knowledge across the KS1 or KS2 curriculum
* High expectations for behaviour, learning, and pupil progress
