️ eCommerce Product Manager

Central London (3-4 days onsite)

£65,000-£70,000 + benefits


We’re working with a premium consumer brand to hire an eCommerce Product Manager to support the ongoing development and optimisation of their digital platform.


This role will play a key part in delivering the digital roadmap, working closely with internal stakeholders and external development teams to improve conversion, usability, and overall commercial performance.


The Role

  • Scope, project manage and deliver a range of digital roadmap initiatives aligned to business priorities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to define and shape development requirements
  • Translate requirements into epics and user stories, working closely with external development partners
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements
  • Support Agile delivery through participation in stand-ups, sprint planning, and ceremonies
  • Ensure bugs are escalated and resolved efficiently
  • Communicate progress updates clearly across the business and engage stakeholders in testing and feedback
  • Contribute to improving conversion, usability, and commercial performance
  • Lead CRO initiatives, using analytics tools (e.g. GA, ContentSquare) to inform decisions
  • Support testing, validation, and release of new digital functionality
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders
  • Support and coach junior members of the team


About You

  • Experience working in eCommerce environments, with exposure to Product Owner or Product Manager responsibilities
  • Proven experience supporting or improving a B2C eCommerce platform
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with development teams
  • Experience using tools such as Jira to manage backlogs and delivery
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX, and conversion optimisation
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to support decision making
  • Able to translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Technically literate (APIs, CMS, integrations) without needing to be hands-on
