Salary £40,000 basic wage Permanent Fantastic Benefits The Role: Your role is to lead the digital retail strategy, based out of the companies office in Moira. Responsibilities: Lead the management of our online store, ensuring an intuitive and consistent customer experience across all digital platforms. Oversee and update the online product range - managing listings, imagery, pricing, and content. A strong focus will be placed on interpreting sales performance and customer behaviour to spot trends and inform commercial decisions. This position is central to optimising our e-commerce presence and maximising revenue through continuous improvement and strategic planning. The Ideal Person: Proven ability to lead teams with a strong focus on results, bringing energy and openness to innovation and change. Commercially minded with sound business judgement and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Well-versed in digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and Google Shopping, with a solid grasp of social media platforms and promotional planning. Hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to assess and refine campaign performance. Strong analytical and IT capabilities, with a practical understanding of current e-commerce platforms and technologies. Comfortable managing and interpreting customer data to support targeted marketing efforts. An understanding of agriculture and familiarity with agri-products is desirable and would add value in this sector.
