The Role

They're looking for an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimise their online store. You will own the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, driving revenue growth, enhancing the customer journey, and ensuring our digital storefront reflects the brand at its best.

This role sits at the intersection of fashion, data, and technology, and requires a strong balance of creative vision and analytical thinking.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive sales, conversion, and customer retention
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product launches, merchandising, and site content
  • Analyse performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales) and implement data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and buying teams to align campaigns, promotions, and storytelling
  • Optimise the customer journey across desktop and mobile, ensuring a seamless and on-brand experience
  • Oversee website functionality, UX improvements, and platform enhancements
  • Manage external partners and agencies (e.g. developers, CRO, platform providers)
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities


About You

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving online growth
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • Confident working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Excellent understanding of digital merchandising, CRO, and UX best practices
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Passionate about fashion, trends, and digital innovation
