Job Description

Ecommerce Manager

Location: London (Hybrid, 4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re partnered with a purpose-led consumer brand in the food & beverage industry, who are looking to hire an E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of their digital performance across Amazon and DTC.

This is a business with strong retail foundations and a growing online presence. With continued investment into digital channels, this role will play a key part in shaping the next phase of growth - driving performance, improving the customer journey, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

You’ll be joining at a point where there is real momentum, with scope to build, test, and optimise. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

The Role

You will manage and optimise the e-commerce experience across Amazon and the brand’s website, with a focus on driving revenue, improving conversion, and supporting customer retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving growth on Amazon - managing day-to-day performance across listings, optimising for SEO, monitoring sales performance, and overseeing advertising campaigns
  • Managing and improving the DTC website (Shopify or similar), with a focus on UX, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and overall site performance
  • Coordinating product launches, promotions, and on-site merchandising to support trading activity and customer journeys
  • Developing and executing trading plans to maximise online sales, increase revenue, and support customer retention across both platforms
  • Ensuring product listings are fully optimised across Amazon and DTC - including descriptions, imagery, keywords, and reviews, following SEO best practice
  • Monitoring performance data, including sales, customer behaviour, and competitor activity, using insights to identify trends and opportunities
  • Managing and optimising paid activity to drive traffic and revenue, with a focus on maintaining efficient spend and strong ROAS
  • Working closely with operations to manage stock levels, support forecasting, and minimise stockouts
  • Collaborating with marketing, content, and design to deliver cohesive digital campaigns and improve the customer experience
  • Monitoring customer feedback, reviews, and queries across platforms, using insights to inform improvements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What They’re Looking For

Must have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, with hands-on exposure to Amazon and DTC channels
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including SEO and PPC
  • Experience managing or supporting e-commerce websites, with a focus on conversion and user experience
  • Proven experience contributing to online revenue growth
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of trading activity and performance drivers
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to inform decisions

Nice to have:

  • Experience within FMCG, food & drink, or a growing consumer brand
  • Exposure to subscription models or repeat purchase strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • A natural interest in health, wellness or purpose-led brands

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role within a growing business where e-commerce is a key focus. You’ll have the opportunity to shape digital performance, work closely with a collaborative team, and see the direct impact of your work on growth.

It’s well suited to someone who enjoys operating in a scale-up environment - where pace is high, ownership is real, and there is room to develop.

  • Performance based bonus
  • Hybrid working (4 days in office, one day from home)
