Job Description

eCommerce Manager

Remote

£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

We’re working on behalf of a rapidly scaling drinks brand with ambitious plans for growth across the UK and internationally. With strong financial backing and an engaged customer base, the business is now looking to bring in an eCommerce Manager to take ownership of their online store, elevate the customer journey, and drive revenue through smarter trading, improved UX and a stronger subscription engine.

What the role looks like

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, pace and genuine accountability. You’ll be responsible for improving the DTC platform day to day, shaping the development roadmap and ensuring the site performs commercially.

You’ll be:

  • Running the DTC site operationally — from content updates to product launches and technical fixes
  • Managing development workstreams, briefing engineers and ensuring releases land cleanly
  • Identifying site issues and opportunities, then translating them into actions that lift conversion and AOV
  • Overseeing subscriptions: improving flows, reducing churn and boosting LTV
  • Tracking and reporting on performance, using analytics to guide decisions
  • Testing, iterating and refining the UX through data-driven CRO activity
  • Working closely with marketing, creative and operations to support campaigns and new initiatives

What they’re looking for

You’ll thrive here if you bring:

  • Solid experience in an eCommerce or DTC-focused role, ideally within a consumer brand
  • Confidence working with developers, owning backlogs and prioritising tech improvements
  • A strong grasp of conversion metrics, subscription funnels and e-commerce trading levers
  • Experience with subscription tools
  • The ability to interpret data quickly and turn insight into action
  • A proactive, organised approach — comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution
  • A natural interest in health, wellness or lifestyle brands

If this sounds like the right next step for you, please apply via the link and the hiring team will be in touch if your experience is a strong match.
