We are working with a leading Health & Wellness brand in London to help them find their first Ecommerce Manager. The brand is entering a pivotal phase of transformation after more than 50 years of market leadership. With an entrepreneurial legacy and a loyal customer base, this household-name is investing in digital maturity to fuel its next wave of growth.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a T-Shaped Ecommerce Manager to own the website end-to-end from a commercial perspective. The homepage hasn't been changed in 3+ years and there has been no updates to content so there is so much untapped potential!
The Role: Drive D2C revenue through smarter trading, optimised offers, improved messaging and user experience and commercial mindset. Reduce sales leakage from paid media to 3rd party retailers. Improve the customer journey with a focus on conversion and repeat purchase. Work cross-functionally with in-house and agency teams across SEO, paid media, retention and development. Launch and test new features including guided selling, bundles, quizzes and rewards. Manage x1 Ecommerce Assistant.
Ideal Candidate: Commercially minded Ecommerce Manager with a proven track record of growing revenue on websites Start up / Scale up experience – worked in a similar size business (5-200 products) Strong experience in trading & commercial as well as UX, Content, Analytics and Testing Ideally Shopify experience Test & Learn mentality Curious & customer focused – digs into data, heatmaps, surveys etc to understand customer behaviours and what drives performance Thrives in a fast-paced, less structured environment
