Responsibilities

Conduct ecological surveys and assessments in line with industry standards and best practices. Provide expert advice on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) strategies and implementation. Prepare detailed ecological reports, including impact assessments and mitigation plans.

Qualifications

Some experience within ecological consultancy, with a strong understanding of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).

Knowledge of relevant UK legislation, policies, and ecological survey methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Membership or eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., CIEEM) is desirable.

A valid UK driving license is preferred.
