PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ESTIMATOR IN SUFFOLK

Core Recruiter are recruiting for an Estimator to join a reputable construction business based in Suffolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation working across earthworks, and civils projects. In this role, you will prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, analyse drawings and tender documents, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and support project teams by identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions. The business also has satellite offices, so applications from candidates based in other locations will be considered.

Salary/Package: £50,000 – £75,000 per annum plus package

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience preparing cost estimates for earthworks, civils or demolition projects

Ability to analyse drawings, specifications and tender documentation

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to identify risks and opportunities

Experience supporting bids and tenders

Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
