As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils in the classroom and in small group settings Provide 1:1 support to children where required Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation Support pupils learning, behaviour, and emotional development Work closely with teachers and families to promote positive outcomes Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
