EYFS Teaching Assistant (SEN Experience Preferred) - Long-Term Role
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Lewisham borough
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Pay- £95-100 per day, increasing after 12 weeks
SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-regarded nursery school for a committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis, starting immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing early years environment where children are supported to thrive through play-based learning and strong pastoral care. The school maintains high standards and is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic TA who can make a real impact from day one.
The Role:
Supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage within a nursery setting
Assisting with the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities
Providing 1:1 and small group support, including for pupils with additional needs
Supporting children's social, emotional, and language development
Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience working in an EYFS setting
Ideally have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Be confident supporting learning through play and structured activities
