A welcoming primary school in Rednal is seeking dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to join their supportive EYFS team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and engaging early learning environment where every day is different.

The Role:
* Full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
* Support teaching and learning within Nursery and/or Reception
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to support early development
* Assist with phonics, early maths, and language development activities
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working within Early Years (school or nursery setting)
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential with strong experience)
* Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic
* Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Be confident supporting early phonics and number development
